1995 Australia Perth Mint $30 Face Value Kookaburra. Comprised of 1 Kilogram, or 32.15 Troy Oz. of .999 Fine Silver, this coin has been in my core holding for several years.
I originally purchased this in 2022 from a local family liquidating their Dads collection of vintage numismatic coins
I decided to have this coin graded by PCGS in early 2025 only because the certified population in MS69 was zero at PCGS, and just 1 at NGC with zero in MS70 at both services.

Ultimately it graded PCGS MS 69 as can be seen, and today stands as not only a top pop, 1/0 coin at PCGS, but is also the ONLY 1995 Australia 1kg .999 Silver Kookaburra graded at PCGS in any grade.
The coin remains in the PCGS Factory Shrink wrap protecting the surface of the slab. The coin also comes with the original box as it was shipped to the original clients Dad; purchased from Eastern Rare Coins and will be shipped with the original box ERC Shipped it out in (it is not the Original, Government Packaging. That is not included and has been lost long ago).
Also included, is the fragment of the shipping label from 1996 when the coin was shipped to the original buyer in Braintree, MA via USPS Registered Mail (half of the USPS Red Registered sticker remains as does a piece of the mailing address including the original senders address from Garden City, NY (consistent with ERC LLC, who are still in business today).
