1940-S Silver Walking Liberty Half Dollar PCGS MS65 Pastel Toned Super Tough Gem

1940-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar – Superb Pastel Toned Gem graded PCGS MS65.  Beautifully toned with pastel colors, not often found on this specimen,

The 1940-S Walking Liberty half Dollar has earned the distinction of being the weakest struck coin of the latter half of the series. Flat, mushy strikes and lack of detail on high points such as the absence of the full split thumb on Liberty’s left hand (right facing) is infamously known by collectors.
