Obverse III2 1 – 1890-S VAM-7.1 – Long segmented die gouge at top of Phrygian cap, above right cotton boll and to right of lower cotton leaf.

Reverse C3f – IV S mint mark tilted and shifted slightly to the left.

Die marker – Polishing lines in eagle’s wing-neck gap.
