Gem Level Grade was Certainly warranted here. GREAT Toning and just as GREAT Contrast with a good amount of “Black & White” Cameo effect between the devices and fields. A decent amount of reflectivity, though not quite the level needed for the PL Designation in my humble opinion, I will say it is close, and I will also say I have seen many coins with the PL Designation on the slab with less reflectivity and mirrors than what we have here.
