1880-S Morgan Silver Dollar 90% Silver PCGS MS65 Popping Luster Silky Smooth Gem

1880-S Morgan Silver Dollar just back from PCGS where it was graded PCGS MS65. One of the 3 1880-S submitted on this submission alone, all 3 graded MS65 (one 65+). The 2 consecutive cert numbers before this one are where the other 2, both vividly toned gems are located, PCGS Cert # 54231988, and PCGS #54231989).

As for this coin, the surfaces are silky smooth and the snow white luster is very strong, bold and satisfying to look at. After seeing the previous 2 coins graded 65+ and 65, this one hads the fewest contact marks of them all and probably the boldest luster of them all as the other two were colorfully toned, I really thought this would have been a 6, but it was not!
