1878-CC GSA Morgan Silver Dollar NGC MS64PL CAC – Rare

1878-CC GSA Morgan Silver Dollar graded NGC MS64 PL CAC Approved

Comes with the Original Government Packaging or OGP with the correct numbered COA included

The tape on the box top is firm and in good condition as is the netirety of the OGP and COA

I am not a CAC OR CACG submitter so I haven’t checked the pop report but I’m quite sure it is single digit low, possibly unique.

Only recent comp in GSA 64PL I can find is from Heritage Auction on Sep 23, 2024. This was a soft pack, no sticker that sold for $1920.

I found another on Heritage from April 6, 2022 where another MS64 PL, no sticker sold for $2280.

In March, 2026, a non-GSA 1878-CC MS64PL sold for $2928, no sticker.
